Little Joys of Life ~

Was taking a stroll,
In a nearby park,
It was getting dark,
Saw something cute.
As I walked a lil near,
It ran away in fear,
It was a kitten new born.
I looked around n found.
Mom cat looking at me with all the scare,
I still bend down to hold it,
It was all I could ever dare. :)
It was scared,
N ran me down the memory lane.
Similar fear we all experience,
When we fly away from home.
To a foreign land,
Working hard,
Making our stand.
We all keep striving hard,
I walked away with a smile :)
The heart was filled with joy.
Life in little things is what we miss,
Behind computer screens,
And just wish the cubicals we sit in,
Could scream at us, to leave.
